    I’m the one behind every design at Balloons by Jessica. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more. I found that I didn’t just enjoy decorating—I loved creating structure, shape, and form, turning balloons into one-of-a-kind designs that feel like artwork.

    I select every color, build each piece by hand, and make sure everything comes together just right. I pay attention to the details most people don’t notice—but those are the things that make a design feel finished and intentional.
